A stately home in Washington D.C. rich in Matt Camron Rugs
When possible, it’s our honor to take you inside some of the special projects Matt Camron has worked on. Most recently, a gorgeous, stately home in Washington, D.C.’s Kalorama district was featured in Architectural Digest. Described as “exquisite,” Matt Camron selected and provided the rugs featured throughout the 13,500 square-foot house.
Designers were able to take advantage of close proximity to our D.C. showroom, selecting a wonderful combination of rugs of different styles and different eras. We worked diligently to find rugs that were both timeless and surprising, offering elegant accents to the home which was built with entertaining in mind (see: a billiard room, a wine cellar, and pool pavilion). From an antique Sultanabad to a reproduction Khotan, the house lacks little in the way of variety.
